Your mission:

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment documents for vendors and internal stakeholders..
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow activities.
• Support monthly closing by preparing necessary financial documents and summaries.
• Maintain organized records for audits and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoice accuracy.
• Assist in preparing reports for budgeting, audits, and financial analysis.
• Assisting the accounting team with various administrative and financial tasks as needed

What you should bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with strong academic performance
• Experience in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Demonstrating high level of integrity and confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes
• Taking full responsibility for assigned tasks and meeting deadlines reliably.
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with accounting software and Excel is a plus
