JOB DESCRIPTION: -Ensure that all warranty claims are sent on time.Ensure that the correct PDI process documentation exists. Updating of cars service booklet is compulsory.Ensure to go through SAGA2 procedure and ELSAPRO for the correct claiming procedure.Ensure that all failed parts are labelled correctly with details.Ensure that the high level of co-ordination is maintained between Technician, Parts person, Workshop manager and accounts staff.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: -ITE/DiplomaMinimum 2 years of experience as a warranty administrator/ assistant in 4 wheeler automobile sector.Must be smart and confident to handle warranty related issue.Male candidate only.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFood allowanceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payYearly bonusWork Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 0985408818
