· Managed complete R2R process of Factory for import as well as domestic vendors.

· Following up with Bank of America and HSBC for guarantees like advance payment guarantees, BRCs, pay orders, Export closure and settlement.

· Handling statutory and RBI Compliance related to export and imports.

· Managed a daily cash flow by using cash management systems.

· Outlined quarterly, monthly and weekly cash flow forecasts in accordance with policies.

· Handling weekly payment factory and other Government authority payments like ESIC, GST, custom duty and ensuring timely payments.

· Created reports to forecast sales, import data and export trends for HQ reporting.

· Formulated receivables & creditors payment after conducting due aging analysis.

· Developing & submitting Management Information System (MIS) reports to management on monthly basis.

· Conducted trainings to various departments to make them understand new improvement process.
