Education Qualification and ExperienceGraduate with 1+ yrs of experience in handling accounts independently for a unit.Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially MS ExcelJob DescriptionTo coordinate with the account manager and warehouse manager for the availability of funds before processing anorderTo generate a report of goods receipt and get it verified with the actual goods receivedTo generate discrepancy reports and co-ordinate with the accounts and warehouse managerTo generate a report of goods to be dispatched from the warehouseTo handle cases under warranty and coordinate with the warehouse manager and sales manager in solving the discrepanciesStock audit and compliance with countermeasuresEnsuring availability of funds at all times so that no order gets blocked due to unavailability of fundsStatutory work like Sales Tax/VAT/CST, Road permits, income tax, C Forms, etcDay-to-day finance operations (accounting like making payment receipts, debit and credit notes, accountreconciliation, bank operations, balance sheets, P &L Accounts, etc)Generation of reports of outstanding payments to be collected by the sales teamMonthly MIS to be created for outstanding funds to be collected for the assured and retail network.In case of defaulters, coordinate with respective dealers and retailers.Cash Discount to be passed on to respective Retailer and dealer.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Performance bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Vadodra, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 7359593399Expected Start Date: 21/03/2023
