Job Description
The Administrator – Global Legal Systems will be responsible for other Harsco Legal Team software systems, which currently includes a CLM system, internal Office of General Counsel website, legal billing system, and subsidiary management system. In addition, the Administrator – Global Legal Systems will coordinate with the greater IT department of Harsco on all company-wide projects.
Key Responsibilities Areas:
A. Contract Life Cycle Management (Cobblestone)
Continued improvement of the CLM system, including
Working with divisions to determine additional requests and needs of business units
Lead review of integration of system with other software systems, such as Salesforce
Maintaining administrative support, including security protocols and user guides for system
Conduct all system administration activities to include but not limited to: monitoring, patching, and upgrades
Troubleshoot problems and implement resolutions
Provide training to users
Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reports related to contract management to stakeholder groups
B. Internal Website
Maintain and continually update internal OGC portal
Work with legal department members to produce articles and training programs for website
C. Legal Billing System (Legal Tracker/Serengeti)
Manage end to end administration of system
Generate various dashboards/reports and share with the relevant stakeholders,
Provides training and guidance to users, including informal training (as required)
D. Subsidiary Management System (GEMS)
Manage the end to end administration of system
Provides training and guidance to users, including informal training (as required)
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Minimum 2 – 4 years working as an administrator for one or more system used by legal departments, preferably with contract lifecycle management system such as Cobblestone.
Prior work experience in the salesforce tool is preferable
Ability to resolve issues with strong logical abilities
Quick learner and resourceful
Good working experience on Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Good knowledge in building process documents.
Collaboration skills, the ability to influence without authority
Knowledge of principles and processes used in needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Ability to influence supervisory level associates and bring issues to resolution
Ability to effectively relay technical information to non-technical individuals
Ability to prioritize multiple activities and complex projects simultaneously
