Duties and responsibilities

As a head of Finance & Accounts Department and reporting to top management should be able to understand, analyze and present financial data to management for all group companies.

Person at this position is expected to have experience in performing following functions and any additional which may be required to fulfill the requirements.

FINANCE

· Providing insights on the financial health of the organization.

· Accurately track income and expenses

· MIS

· Budgeting

· Cost Analysis

· Ratio Analysis

· Banking management including limits, interest rates, funding etc

· Preparation of project cash flow and group level cash flow & cash flow Management.

· Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.

· Thorough knowledge of financial schemes and laws related to MSME and application of same as best suitable to company

· Supports budget and forecasting activities.

· Develop process for expense monitoring at various levels

· Understanding of DCV, NPV etc..

· Understanding of financial sources

ACCOUNTS

· Managing Accounts Team

· Debtors and Creditors Management

· Accounts & Cost reconciliation.

· Statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues.’

· Monitoring of timely deposit of Duties & Taxes.

· Able to handle issues with client related to Billing, Taxation

· Good Exposure of Tax Audits, Direct & Indirect

· Import & Export.

· Handling of Audit queries.

· GST Working, coordination with CA regarding GST remark & other details.

· Balance Sheet

REQUIREMENTS

· They should have exposure of working in companies with projects execution like construction / infrastructure / engineering industry etc..

· Excellent Communication, both written and verbal

· Leadership skill

· Planning and problem solving

· Willing to travel to sites / other company locations for short duration

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
