Reporting Senior Vice President Investments & Partnerships

Experience : 6 10 years

Location: Mumbai and Bangalore

Responsibilities :

– Raise capital from HNIs + mass affluent customers for investment in commercial real estate

– Develop, plan and manage outbound and inbound innovative secured sales plan to acquire

new investors

– Set up channel partners base

– Recruit, maintain, and enhance relationships with potential and existing investor base

– Attend and organize investor events to build investor base

– Deliver efficient and responsive resolution to various client inquiries

– Collaborate with our various teams on complex customer requests.

– Proven track record of in Client Acquisition.

– Entrepreneurial and innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities paired

with result driven approach

– Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile :

– Application will be preferred from industries like investor relations, private wealth

management, sales of financial products

– Candidates with commercial real estate knowledge is an advantage.

– Excellent knowledge of financial products for investment.

– Candidates from Wealth Management Background will be preferred.
