Responsible for Bkt Collection, w-off recovery and recovery on Loss on Sale in Commercial
Vehicle portfolio.
Managing a Team of Collection Associate and Collection Officers..
Ensuring adequate manpower for portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms.
Ensuring Mobile App usage is 100% and quality feedback/trails are updated.
Specific focus on Non starters and revenue collection.
Identifying deployment of assets and meeting with delinquent customers.
Initiating legal actions for critical cases.
Ensuring repossession of asset is done in compliance with standard operating process
No delay in deposition of money.
