Co-ordination with central ops team. Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports.
- Customer KYC and secondary documents verification. Ensuring on-time payments of the customers.

- Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
- Processing and Disbursement of files.
- Checking KYC documents.
- Handling all branch administration activities.
- Regular follow-ups with customers.
