Responsibilities
1. Reach out to talents (mainly via LinkedIn) and connect with them.
2. Invite talents to schedule interviews with us.
3. Screening talents by asking them pre-defined questions.
4. Conducting compensation analysis and recommending a package.
5. Networking with right groups (professors in universities, recruiters in other firms)
6. General HR administrative tasks
