What we are looking for:

This position requires knowledge and skills gained through formal training or considerable work experience & established skills to perform a range of day-to-day activities. Performs an established procedure with a moderate degree of supervision. Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyse and resolve problems. The position uses communication skills to exchange information and integrate within the team and with other teams. The role has no supervisory responsibilities and impacts own team through the accuracy & quality of work.

. How you will make an impact:

• Do day- to- day reconciliation of credit card transactions.

• Conduct investigations using internal and external resources to research and repair errors.

• Prepare Journal Entry for month end reporting – Credit card fee & AR Trade Receipts.

• Meeting KPI and SLA’s for reconciliation.

• Maintain compliance with department policies and procedures while remaining organized and focused.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

• 2-3 years of Shared Service accounting experience

• Understanding of credit reconciliation.

• Strong understanding of general accounting principles, concepts and processes

• SAP experience

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly the creation of formulae, vlookup, pivot tables and macros

• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals
