- A.
- Staff Training & Quality Management Conducting induction and refresher training programs for field staff’s at the defined periodicity.
- Impact review of the training, trainee assessment and content development for the training.
- Conduction of refresher training during the branch visits.
- B.
- Participant Training for Livelihood Development To assess monthly training requirements of the participants and taking it for approvals; To effectively implement, monitor the program.
- To empanel suitable vendors for training, monitoring and processing their payments.
- Conducting Impact assessment of skill training programs conducted.
- C.
- Financial Literacy / Credit Counseling Conducting financial literacy & Credit Counseling programs on Banking habit, Savings, expenses planning.
- Submission of details post completion of the financial literacy cum credit counseling.
