Job Description
- Lead closure of regulatory & internal audits, compliance testing, and corrective actions.
- Support overseas branches on regulatory audits, licensing, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage branch licensing, approvals, and regulatory interactions.
- Develop policies, strengthen compliance frameworks & monitor regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and cross-functional teams; role may involve international travel.
Work Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years in compliance, audit management, risk, or branch operations in banking/financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Indian banking regulations & branch licensing processes.
- CA / CS / LLB / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Proven skills in policy drafting, multi-project management & stakeholder engagement.
