Designation: Retail Agri-Dairy-Sales Officer
Position description: To generate new business from various Dairy locations and Retention of customers by providing best possible services to these customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Business Generation:
Sourcing SCF proposals from Dairy Societies / individual farmers / Co-operative societies / Rural Mandlies etc.
Sourcing of liability business from the mapped Dairy locations i.e. dairy societies, farmers, other potential customers in mapped locations, etc.
Generating Cross Sell business from mapped locations.
Relationship Building and customer support:
Providing pre and post disbursement documentation support to dairy societies
Coordination with customer and insurance company vets for cattle tagging
Organizing & attending FLC camps to educate customers on banking products.
Encourage customers to use digital products
Housekeeping, Portfolio and audit Management:
Collecting CAM renewal docs from dairy societies, account opening forms from customers.
To handle audit alerts, audit exceptions
Visit to societies & customers for recovery
Business Correspondent (BC) management:
Periodic Visit to the BC location and guidance to BCs on the business and other regulatory requirement
Support to BCs for processing of CASA souring and coordination with Ops, branch.
Coordination with auditors for BC spot audit
Additional Responsibilities:
Any other task assigned by seniors from time to time.
