Job Purpose

• Manage end to end business tech transformation and enhancement projects
• Support business users with new implementation and enhancements
• Analyze application and process gaps and suggest solutions

Job Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis
• Documentation, Communication & Collaboration
• Testing
• Quality and documentation:
• To ensure ITPP is followed for all the projects /CRs handled
• To do a daily control check wherever applicable.
• To monitor and track business / audit queries.
• Daily/ Weekly process report to be shared with relevant Stake holders.
• Training and Production movement:
• To document & share training modules with relevant Stakeholders.
• To conduct training for business users and stakeholders on the projects and changes implemented
• Perform PIR after the enhancement is moved live
• Level 2 support on production issues

• Thorough knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Project management.
• Logical and Analytical Skills
• Good Communication and presentation skills
• Trade Finance & Supply chain Finance Domain knowledge

Educational Qualifications

B. Tech, B. Com, B.Sc.
