Position/Job Title: Analyst (Auto & Auto Ancillaries sector)

Function/ Department: Institutional Equities

Job Purpose:

To have adequate useful and timely research coverage to enable clients to invest profitably through the advice generated by analysts.

Job Context & Major Challenges:

Advanced skill set is required for developing and documenting a valuable and differentiated set of insights on the companies covered.

Keeping abreast with the dynamism of the micro and macro environment.

Client and company contacts are often extremely busy, high strung people whose emotions have to be anticipated and managed.

Principal Accountabilities:

Publish Research Reports

• Develop deep insights into companies
• Develop contacts in the company
• Develop contacts in the company’s eco system (dealer, channel partner, stakeholders)
• Required to keep track of the government policies applicable to the company
• Understand the global and national view of the company and the sector.
• Convert these insights into intelligent and compliant models
• Publish reports (triggered and un-triggered).

Client Connect

• Achieve connect through the Sales Team
• Achieve connect thru comm. Channels (email/chat/tele)
• Achieve connect through initiating meetings with the client.

Corporate Connect

• Achieve connect with the Corporate in the assigned sectors.
• Arrange for con-calls and meetings with investors (clients)
