Job Description:
Roles and responsibilities of a trainer:
Conducting the classroom training for a batch of aspiring paramedics
Quality education to be delivered as per industry standards
Taking timely training sessions and ensure their completion
Inculcate soft skills among young trainees according to their job readiness
Take Mentor-mentee session as and when required
Batch documentation and student performance reporting
Organizing extra-curricular activities for students overall development
Motivate and mentor students as needed
Resolving student doubts and addressing them
