Also, check our IG page, discover.pilgrimYOUR PROFILE: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceProficient in Microsoft Office suiteExperience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logisticsWell-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Organising meetings and appointments with internal team members & external agenciesBooking and arranging travel, transport and accommodationOrganising / assisting in events and conferencesKeep a track & remind of important tasks and deadlinesTyping, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondenceManaging paperwork and filing systemsFile expensesGifting to important business associates for festive/ other occasionsCopying, printing, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notesPreparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments.
