You have already gained experience in reporting/admin related topics, ideally in the project management area.
You have an affinity for numbers and you are familiar with using MS Excel on a daily basis
You know how to handle yourself in stressful situations and are ready to respect intercultural differences
You are proactive and eager to learn continuously
You have an eye for the big picture by not losing sight of relevant details
Your Tasks
As Project assistant (m/f) you will work in the international project management and are part of our Tower finance team.
Through your daily work you ensure the flow of information worldwide within the Project teams ensuring a positive service experience.
You will support the tower finance team and our project managers with all operational finance related topics, especially supporting the customer invoicing.
You as a part of the tower finance team will be responsible for supporting all invoicing related tasks by close interaction with various Project teams regarding financial matters on an international level. (e.g. recurrent report creation and customer approval)
You will independently create project-relevant analyzes and evaluations using the MS Office package and internal tools.
You use your very good English skills in communication with the international project team as well as external and internal customers.
