HERBAL DECK Hiring for Operation Manager in Indore at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India Full Time
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline logistics operations using modern delivery platforms like Shiprocket, Delhivery, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end order processing, optimizing shipping costs and timelines, and improving customer satisfaction through efficient delivery management. This role requires a data-driven mindset, hands-on expertise with shipping platforms, and strong coordination across teams. This role is ideal for someone who can multitask between fulfillment, shipping, and reporting, while resolving issues related to delays, failed deliveries, and NDR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics operations, including order processing, shipping, and last-mile delivery.
- Coordinate with courier partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Xpressbees).
- Monitor performance metrics like TAT, RTO rate, and delivery success rate.
- Resolve delivery disputes, escalations, and returns.
- Collaborate with warehousing and customer support teams for seamless order flow.
Requirements
- Proficient in logistics platforms like Shiprocket, Pickrr, etc.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain & courier integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, MIS reporting, and order management systems.
- Problem-solving and vendor management skills.
