Budget Proto costing to be done as per PDX for updating

business case.

Mass Production cost settlement for category parts within budget to achieve profitability.

Cost reduction initiatives

• Leap/Lead ideas, Savings at design

stage.

For new parts, in order to enhance profitability.

Exploring New Technologies Suppliers to achieve competitive advantage in market.

Budget cost compilation for New Model for business case in order to evaluate the viability of model.

Maker finalization based on sourcing strategy to initiate the part development with defined technology/ appropriate lead time.

Design freeze and part development to meet model event requirements in order to ensure timely product launch.

Material BOM creation for vehicle assembly cost analysis.
