Manage the production in the Parts Business through the optimum utilization of resources in order to ensure efficient and seamless operations and achieve production targets in line with defined costs, quality and timeline standards Manage the final packing area through the optimum utilization of resources in order to achieve Daily, Monthly & Annual sales target & Highest Customer satisfaction by service maximum number of parts (Focus on each – A,B & C cat items)
Key Responsibilities
Create the production plan in order to manage & support customers demand.
Conduct reviews of the plans on daily basis in order to ensure achievement of targets
Execution of Orders and Back orders to met sales target & improvement of service ratio of parts
Migration of parts from NPC to GPC to meet the shifting target.
