Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the front-line customer support team.
- Organize and motivate team members in their day-to-day work.
- Manage and understand data around incoming case volume.
- Communicate any trends in customer communication or behavior to other departments.
- Hire and train incoming support team members.
- Handle incoming escalations.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Requirements
- The candidate should have experience with handling clients of international geographies.
- The candidate must have good communication skills
- Comprehension skills are a must.
- The candidate should have good analytical thinking.
- Should have experience of working with a saas startup.
