JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the entire talent acquisition and Recruitment activities

Must: IT Recruiting Agency side experience + People Management

· Manage Team and their daily/weekly deliverables. Help and motivate them to achieve the targets.

· Train new team members.

· Plan and execute the hiring needs as part of Team expansion.

· Maintain and keeping well track of ATS.

· Integrate effectively teams in India and Japan

· Manage team well to get their optimum performance as they are being independent, self-driven

and no loss of productivities with WFH.

· Plan well for expansion and scaling up team to next level.

· Managing a team in India effectively and being the one point of contact with Management.

· Handle issues, conflicts and resolve them effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 4 plus years of experience in talent acquisition as a lead or Manager.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Focused and driven.

Location: Office is in Central of Pune. (SB Road Pune)

Shift Timing: 6.30 am

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹1,800,000.00 per year
