Job Description
- Handling all the Export & Import documentation & Shipment.
Reports for export and import monthly.
- Co- ordinate with the logistics for the Shipment Purpose.
- Co- ordinate with bank for various transactions related to Export Other documentation work provided by the managers.
- Co- ordinate with CHA for best quotation for booking the container
- Sending the full set of documents for passing in custom
Submission final dispatch advice to warehouse team
Taking rates from Freight forwarder for All shipment and negotiate the rates
- Forwarding documents to Post team for booking final invoice & preparing full set of documents against the shipment
Inspecting documents received from CHA like shipping bill, Airway Bill, Bill of lading, other documents, etc.
Preparing Post Shipment (DA & LC documents) Documents
Checking LC draft received from buyer Co- ordinate with Marketing for final LC confirmation
- As per LC terms preparing final documents
