Job description Work Location: Sahibabad Industrial Area (Plant based position) Roles and Responsibilities Handling of Recruitment of Staff and workers as per requirement. To manage all joining and orientation Formalities of new employees Facilitating Training and Development programmes on various topics. To prepare Annual Training Calendar by maintaing the Training needs identification through TNI form and as per the PMS system. Time Office, Looking after Attendance, deployment file, Salary/Wages processing system through Software & distribution, Overtime, PF, ESIC, Leave Management, Bonus, Handling F&F Settlement etc. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should have at least 4+ years of proven work experience in Personal & Administration area with a passion for his work. Preference would be given for those candidate who are using Starlink or any other similar payroll software. handle workers related problems.
