Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities
Need to understand and analyze & source candidates according to client’s requirement
Sourcing and posting jobs on the job portals and other social media platforms.
Would use Job Portals / LinkedIn extensively for middle to senior level positions
Calling & screening suitable candidates as per requirement.
Should be able to using Mapping / Head-hunting techniques
Able to meet & achieved assigned targets.
Would be managing entire recruitment / candidate hiring cycle

Experience: – 0-2 years in Recruitment

Candidate from Consulting / Recruitment domain only apply
Excellent Communication (Written & Oral English) is must have skill
Must understand or experienced in Mapping / Headhunting skills
Experience in any vertical recruitment for all level mandates.
Should be able to close the positions within a certain turnaround time.
Target oriented, good negotiation skill for candidates.
Must be multi-tasking
