Need to WORK FROM OFFICE -NOIDA 63

Handling end to end recruitment process for manufacturing & engineering clients (NON-IT Industries)

Conducting interviews and screening candidate ensuring they join.

Responsible for complete hiring cycle,i.e, (sourcing, per-screening, head hunting, conducting telephonic/personal interviews, negotiating)

Need to follow up with the candidates till joining.

Would be sourcing the relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn & References etc.

MIS & Dashboard Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports

Main Duties And Responsibilities:
Filling positions for our clients.

Interviewing candidates.

Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

Drafting and posting job descriptions

Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.

Developing own network of suitable candidates

Graduate with excellent English communication skills with good computer knowledge.

Working Hours 9.30 to 6.30 PM

Alternate Saturday Off i.e., 2 & 4 Saturday

Work Experience And Skills:
0-1 Year work experience, For Fresher training would be given.

Must be Proficient on resume search through Job portals and using various search engines like Google, LinkedIn, headhunting, personal network, referencing.

Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook)

Competencies:
Must have good English communication skills.

Must have good knowledge and relevant experience in hiring for various NON-IT profiles.

Must be able to work proactively to find candidates via various means including social media, referrals, headhunting, mapping.

Should possess strong follow-up skills till the candidate joins, maintain post offer follow-up and handle issues related to Offer / Joining Date / On Boarding / CTC as applicable.

Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate / Postgraduate
