Job Overview

We are seeking up to Security Specialist to support H&A as embedded in Gujarat, India, working within a key technology global firm. The role will likely involve a 12-month full-time contract with the potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying and evaluating physical security deficiencies and vulnerabilities at client Offices.
• Drafts, coordinates, and implements physical security measures, processes and solutions to protect Company assets, including property, people, and information.
• Performs physical security site surveys at client offices and develops tailored security solutions.
• Leads analysis of security vulnerabilities and system failures, and determines cost-effective countermeasures.
• Develops training materials and provides security orientation to new employees.
• Has a thorough understanding of the specialized physical security needs of client offices
• Has proven leadership and project management skills.
• Has a strong written and oral communication skill.
• Maintains a professional, pleasant demeanor in stressful situations and handles conflict well.
• Has the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, pay close attention to detail, be well organized, and work successfully in a fast paced environment
• Internal/External Investigations – Responsible for investigation and resolution of internal losses/theft or any other incident.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Funds management and budget planning.
• Executive protection : External and internal – Planning ,execution and effective implementation.
• Liaising with local govt body ie police and labour officers
• Audit Management : proficient in handling Internal and external audits.
• Crisis Management : Business Continuity Planning and contingency planning and effective implementation set plan.
• Vendor Management

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional as follows:

• Bilingual in English and the local language
• Must have a Bachelor degree or above
• Preferably an Ex. Serviceman with a minimum of 10 yrs of Defence Service.
• Must have at least 5 years of Corporate Security Experience
• Candidates must possess excellent communication skills both written and oral.
