Job Description:Objective:

• Pricing Management for both Primary & Secondary customers
• NKA pricing updation
• Month End Activities
• MIS circulations related Pricing & NKA Pricing Activities
• Audit compliance

Title: Executive – Order to Cash

Function: Finance

Work Location: Business Shared Services, Brigade Magnum Office, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:
Pricing Management

• Ensure timely creation of Pricing Requests basis the zone inputs
• Ensure timely updation of Pricing into system basis the approvals received
• Timely creation Secondary pricing basis the Zone requests and approvals
• Ensure immediate resolution of pricing errors raised by business time to time

NKA Pricing Activity:

• Timely creation of NKA Pricing activities basis the Corporate NKA inputs & approvals
• Ensure immediate resolution of NKA pricing errors raised business time to time
• Ensure getting the approvals for going to expire NKA Agreements

MIS Circulation & Audit Compliance

• Approval Status of Pricing Requests
• MRP, RM &DM Comparison with BP Vs actual
• Audit trail Review and ensure control compliance for both Pricing & NKA pricing activity.
• SLA Tracker for FG & Non-FG /
• Tracker updation of NKA Pricing Activities (Promo’s, MOP & TOT)

• Customers
• Auditors – statutory and SOX

Job Requirements:
Qualifications: B. Com/ M.Com/ MBA Finance

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years post qualification experience
• Preferred experience in handling OTC in Manufacturing Industry

Functional Skills:

• Strong in accounting & Taxation
• Strong in Excel and System
• Strong drive for results
• High degree of focus on delivering result
