Responsible for products Storage, receipts, and despatchers by adhering GMP standards and by maintaining all related documents as per statutory & company norms. Also responsible for planning and adherence of SKU wise stock availability for dispatches to market.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for F E F O is maintained while dispatching the product

Responsible for the physical verification of Empties and fills and reconciliation of the same, with book stocks.

Responsible for reconciling between physical loading/unloading and documents raised are accurate, by SKU.

Responsible for timely unloading of sourcing stocks for SKU wise stock availability to market and timely loading of Inter unit despatchers as per plan.

Responsible for proper documentation of all transactions, as per the requirement, decided from time to time.

To ensure that no unsorted empties received from market and Palletization to be improved

Responsible for all daily/weekly/monthly reports are sent in time, as per the timelines fixed.

Responsible for proper verification and obtaining necessary approvals, of any distributor claims received against leakages and breakages.

Responsible for ensuring sku wise stacking of both fill and empties.

Responsible for optimum utilization of contract workers, vehicles, and its’ efficiencies.

Responsible for ensuring finished product is received and stored as per the company standards.

Responsible for the physical verification of Empties and fills and reconciliation of the same, with book stocks.

To ensure finished product is received and stored as per the company standards.

To co-ordinate with transport contractor’s/labor contractor for vehicle/manpower requirement, based on the approved dispatch plan received from time to time.

To ensure proper documentation of all transactions, as per the requirement, decided from time to time.

To ensure planning and execution of operations, to meet Goals & Objectives set from time to time.

To ensure timely planning of sourcing of FG and dispatches to Distributors by coordinating with planning & RTM team

Job Requirement

Any Graduation with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
