Roles & Responsibilities:

• Independent theme-based review of Major Process to provide assurance to the senior management.
• Lead and independent investigation of complaints or concerns raised.
• Work on whistle blower complaints, due diligence, fraud analysis & other cases
• Tracking, follow-up and closure of open Audit actions
• To review and evaluate control procedures and supporting documentation to ensure that they provide an effective control system to identify any weaknesses
• Receive inputs from the CRC/ URO on corporate/unit level risks and facilitate the governance of risk management processes for the organization

Desired Attributes:

• CA/Engineer/ MBA with a minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in technical/commercial/finance function.
• The incumbent should posses’ Analytical bent of mind, good interpersonal & communication skills
• Candidate should have leadership skills and business acumen to drive end to end systems
• S/he should have the zeal for driving automation and leverage digital systems.
