Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design Security Policies, SOP, Strategy for effective deployment.
• Coordinate and implement site security measures for protection of company assets.
• Ensure compliance and security assurance through periodical reviews/audits and investigate the security breaches, fraud cases and other incidents.
• Monitoring and control of man, material and vehicular movement with implementation of Best Safety Practices at Site.
• Focus on digitalization & devise and execute Al based strategies for upgradation of existing security system.
• Coordinate with Key Stakeholder inside and outside the premises and to create strong intelligence system for smooth running of business.
• Management, staffing requirement – Direct or Indirect Security Staff and partnering with Vendors.
• Networking with Government & Statutory Authorities.

Desired Attributes:

• Any candidate with 12+ years of relevant experience in security and vigilance background with thorough knowledge of industrial and modern security system can apply for the said role. Diversity candidates will be given preference.
