Hire Digital Hiring for Cloud Enablement Consultant at Gurgaon, India Full Time

Hire Digital is seeking a Cloud Enablement Consultant to deliver change management, communications, organization design, training, and culture solutions that enable industry-leading clients to meet and exceed their digitalization goals by using data-driven, agile, and digital solutions. You will also partner with our clients to provide technical expertise, plan, analyze, design, test, and deploy enterprise-scale transformation solutions.

This is a remote position. We welcome candidates from any location. Resumes are to be submitted in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess the impact of change on organizations by deploying behavioral assessment on the organization’s culture, performance, and readiness for change.

• Provide technical leadership, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions.

• Lead workstreams on the different components of change management activities (change management, organizational alignment, communications, and training).

• Develop a detailed plan(s), transformation strategies, and adoption programs for technical implementation and emerging technology initiatives.

• Apply data analytics to drive the management’s readiness for change.

• Employ transformative technologies and measure the impacts on end-users.

• Provide support to the client’s improved, future-state organizational design and alignment.

• Enhance the user experience by improving usability, accessibility, and interactivity of solutions.

• Deliver agile methodologies to enhance solution quality, and identify new growth areas.

• Lead the development and execution of digital, data visualizations for clients.

• Understand technology fundamentals, including architectures, data modeling, and application development lifecycle.

  REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in industry role, consulting, or client-facing experience, preferably with exposure leading teams in change management and organizational development.

• Proven experience with consultative/complex architecture, design, technical sales and deployment projects, and implementation.

• Ability to lead digital enablement teams for clients that have migrated legacy technologies to cloud technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to manage technology implementation projects in a relevant industry or consulting environment.

• A subject matter expert in Cloud infrastructure solutions, Cloud application development solutions (e.g. PaaS, Serverless, API Management), and Container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry), and web application server technologies.

• Up to date with the emerging technologies, including understanding the difference between digitization and digitalization.

• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and manage multiple assignments.

• Strong problem-solving skills, research, and analytical thinking .

• Working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and training development tools.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
