Responsibilities:

•  Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
•  Visit all the probable areas to attract customers (Motor Insurance)
•  Lead the franchise partners to enhance sales and give support to their team
•  Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
•  Set in SOP for the franchise partners and monitor the progress for efficiency
•  Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
•  Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
•  Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
•  Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
•  Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
•  Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
•  Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
•  Should have strong track record of success within prior experience in any insurance/Telecom/Automobile industry
•  Should be highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
•  Should have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹550,000.00 per year
