Two parts – Part A (approximately 80% effort), supervisory role in:Organizing webinars/seminars based on requirement, including brochure preparation support, scheduling the programs, coordinating/inviting the speakersAcademy career guidance workshop under the “Employability Initiative”.Jobs akin to “Executive Assistant to Founder Partner”Any other job as advised by the Manager (Hiregange Academy) and the Founder Partner.As part of Part A responsibility, independently manage:Take responsibility for QC of Academy efforts and achievementsCapacity building initiatives of the Academy (touching Unemployed youth and CA aspirants at school level)Spearhead Academy plans for starting and stabilizing a commerce finishing schoolTouch base with customers – where training was done in pastExemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the AcademyImplementation and successful deployment of a robust LMSMonitor the Academy’s website and its performancePart B (approximately 20% effort):Assist QC plan and efforts in HALLP (CA practise, specializing in Indirect Tax areas, viz., GST, Customs etc.)Assist Support functions (HR / Admin / Finance & /Accounts) In HALLPMandatory Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation skills.Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.Ability to design and implement effective training and development.Proven working experience in relevant fieldGood presentation / Teaching / Coaching skillsExcellent motivational skillsWork Experience Required: 0 to 2 yearsQualification: B Com, M.comJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
