Education : -Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream / Semi-qualified professionals

Employment Type : – Part Time (work from home)

Working Days : – Monday to Saturday

Timing : – Flexible timings between 10AM to 6PM (5hrs a day)

Requirement: –

• Good inter-personal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge to use laptop
• Basic knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Excel and Teams
• Personal Laptop

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: –

• Understanding candidate profiles and collecting basic information of the candidates over telephonic interview.
• Connecting with potential candidates via telephone and emailing them to engage them in our recruiting process by taking their data, evaluating them, and mapping them to open roles.
• Tracking sourcing of candidates through various channels (Job Portals, social media, employee referrals)
• Prepare job posting content for job portals and social media platforms including posting of vacancies on job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Linkedin, etc.
• Connecting with potential candidates via telephone and emailing them to engage them in our recruiting process by taking their data, evaluating them, and mapping them to open roles.
• Prepare content for social media platform and company presentations.

Remunerations : – Between 6K per month.
