Hiring for Devops Trainer at TS, IN, India Full Time

Job Description

Design and develop comprehensive DevOps training programs that align with industry best practices and the organization’s objectives.
Conduct training sessions on DevOps tools, processes, and methodologies such as version control, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and monitoring.
Provide hands-on training with real-world examples, case studies, and scenarios to ensure practical understanding.
Create training materials such as slides, tutorials, videos, and documentation to enhance the learning experience.
Lead workshops, webinars, and seminars to impart DevOps knowledge to different teams across the organization.
Continuously update training content to reflect new technologies, tools, and trends in the DevOps landscape.
Help learners troubleshoot problems and provide support during exercises and training sessions.
Assess the progress of trainees through quizzes, exams, hands-on labs, and feedback surveys.
Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their DevOps skills.
Track and evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback to refine and enhance the programs.
Act as a subject matter expert to answer questions and offer consulting to teams looking to adopt DevOps practices.
Provide advice and mentorship to individuals or teams seeking to improve their DevOps processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in DevOps tools and techniques, and share this knowledge with the team.
Collaborate with internal teams and management to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.
Support DevOps implementation within teams by promoting best practices, standards, and guidelines.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, or related role, with expertise in DevOps tools and practices.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs, either formally or informally.
Strong understanding of the DevOps lifecycle, including version control, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization, and automation.
Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Nagios, and monitoring tools.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 – ₹200,000.00 per month
