Hiring for It Network Infra L2 at UP, IN, India Full Time

Job Description

Provide Level 2 support for network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
Diagnose and resolve complex network issues while ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements.
Monitor network performance and capacity, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation related to network configurations, changes, and procedures.
Implement and enforce best practices for network security and data protection.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, etc.) and services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies (e.g., Manage Engine, SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.).
Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security appliances.
Conduct technical training and mentoring for junior staff members.
Ensure compliance with information security, IT policies, and conduct audits (System, Cyber Security).
Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in the financial services sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
