Job Description

The Manager, Digital Commerce will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of digital commerce projects, including SAP Hybris Commerce and similar technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, aligning project delivery with business objectives and user needs. The Delivery Lead will also identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency in a fast-paced, global digital commerce environment.
As a Manager, you will:

• Oversee the delivery of digital commerce projects, including SAP Hybris Commerce and similar technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within project delivery.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate the impact of delivery management on digital commerce operations.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation within the delivery team.

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

• Extensive experience in managing delivery of digital commerce technologies such as SAP Hybris Commerce / SAP Commerce Cloud, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or equivalent systems (any)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) any
• Knowledge of Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Proven track record of successfully managing project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to create detailed project plans and manage project documentation
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies
• Experience with process optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members
• People Management / Leadership experience of minimum 4 years

Education:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in the retail industry, particularly within a global context.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Understanding of integration technologies (e.g., RESTful APIs, SOAP
