Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Video Editor to join our innovative team at Narayana Infra. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in video editing and is expected to bring creative solutions to our real estate marketing efforts through engaging motion graphics and video content.
Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Video Editing is mandatory for this role (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to edit fast-paced short-form videos and make sure to keep the viewer engaged throughout the video.
• Good knowledge of trends and ability to adapt to them and edit videos accordingly.
• Excellent graphic design skills required to develop eye-catching visual elements consistent with branding.
• In-depth knowledge of motion graphics principles to craft immersive and fluid visual experiences.
• Experience in synchronizing graphics with great sound design to improve the audience’s understanding and engagement.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, sales, and other departments.
• Strong abilities in Blender, enabling the creation of high-quality 3D models and animations for compelling visual storytelling.
• Solid expertise in 3D Animation to design and animate sophisticated graphics that enhance video narratives.

• Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics and video content for marketing, promotions, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Utilize Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for editing animations and videos to create engaging visual media.
• Incorporate 3D animation into video projects to enhance storytelling and visualization of real estate developments.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand aesthetics and strategic marketing goals.
• Continuously research and implement the latest motion graphics trends to keep content fresh and innovative.
• Handle troubleshooting of technical issues related to video and graphic editing software.
• Work under tight deadlines, adjusting to feedback from stakeholders to ensure project success.
