Your day at NTT DATA

We are looking for a skilled PreSales Response Writer to join our team, focusing on maintaining knowledge management systems and owning the content for responses to proposals and client inquiries. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, persuasive content that showcases our solutions and aligns with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure that our response materials are accurate, relevant, and compelling.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the knowledge management system to ensure the availability of accurate and relevant response content.
Create and manage a library of reusable content, including case studies, product descriptions, and service offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure responses reflect the latest product and service developments.
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance the quality and competitiveness of our responses.

Summary of Requirements & Experience

8+ years of experience
Proven experience in proposal writing, content development, or a similar role, preferably in a PreSales environment.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Familiarity with knowledge management systems and proposal management tools is a plus.
A proactive and organized approach to managing content and deadlines.
