Project Manager Design and Operations (m/f)

Lighting Manufacturer

Noida, India

About the role

• You will be the point of contact person for our customers in India in all matters relating to quotations, orders, delivery processing and imports.
• You provide quotations and process orders for our luminaires and lighting solutions under our brands XAL, Wever & Ducré and Wästberg.
• You provide organisational and administrative support to the sales force.
• Close cooperation with international departments (e.g. production worldwide to ensure on-time delivery to customers).
• Track, prioritise and route orders using CRM tool.
• Plan and track the shipment of finished products according to customer requirements.
• Prepare international shipping documents.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
• Manage complaints, returns and invoicing.
• Provide regular reports to management.

About you

• Relevant technical education (Architecture, Engineering, Lighting Applications)
• Basic lighting design skills including AutoCAD, Sketchup, Dialux etc.
• Initial experience in a similar position (e.g. Lighting Engineer, Customer Service Support, Operations Manager)
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
• Initial experience with an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Microsoft AX or Dynamics 365)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• An interest in architecture and design
• Proactive, ambitious personality who is able to work independently in a dynamic company
• Ability to take responsibility and manage multiple processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
