What Youll Do

• Define Functional Test Plan, for Quality Product Releases for SOTI
• Work with Product Managers/ Development Managers and Scrum Masters to define the project’s testing scope and manage the test execution for smallxe2x80x94to large-sized projects.
• Work closely with the Development & QA team to find out Quality gaps and provide solutions and approaches to define high-standard quality.
• Help team with Technical Training and enhance skills. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Participate in all Agile Rituals like Sprint Planning/Grooming/Estimates/Demo.
• Groom Juniors in the Team so they become quality-conscious
• Review Test Cases written by Team members to ensure we have good coverage to bring quality
• Provide Timely feedback, reports to leadership teams on the Quality of the product.
• Overall, must be a tech-savvy person who has a zeal to implement new technologies.

Experience Youll Bring
Must-Have:

• 7 to 10 Years of experience with application quality assurance in a complex web-based and mobile software development environment. with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Should have a minimum experience of 3-5 years in API, Functional Testing.
• Should have worked on Enterprise scale product testing
• Goof understanding of BDD & How a Feature File is written.
• Should have worked in large-scale collaborative teams where Dev-QA works in Agile methodology
• Experience in a fast-paced project environment, working under Agile or Scrum paradigm and hands-on working experience with commercial & open source.

Good to Have:

• Hands-on any programming language.
• Should have good exposure to AWS Cloud Deployments.
• Exposure to Performance or Security Testing
• Some exposure to J Meter, Grafana or Security testing tools
