Job Title: Ezy Colour Consumer Associate
Department: Sales & Customer Service
Location: Bharuch
Reporting To: Store Manager / Regional Head
(Only male can apply)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting appropriate paint products and shades using the EzyColour Kiosk or digital visualization tools.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and application techniques.
Maintain in-store displays, shade cards, and sample tools to enhance visual merchandising.
Capture customer details and follow-up for lead generation and feedback.
Coordinate with the sales team and contractors to facilitate site visits or product trials when required.
Ensure a clean, professional, and inviting store environment.
Stay updated with the latest colour trends and product innovations.
Conduct live demos or presentations during promotional events.
Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve queries efficiently.
Track customer preferences and report insights to improve service offerings.
Eligibility / Skills Required:
Graduate or Diploma in any field (preferred in Interior Design / Retail / Marketing).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of colour schemes, interior aesthetics, and home decor.
Customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with digital tools or retail software is a plus.
Fluency in local language; basic English proficiency is desirable.
