Full Job Description

Responsibilities
Provide healthcare & clinical services to all employees of the company.
To take responsibility and manage occupational health centers- staffing, vendor management documentation, ambulance management etc.
Management of hospitalized cases – good network with hospital doctors.
Support the occupational health, HSE team and location management in conducting health and wellness programs.
Knowledge of factories act and Risk assessments. To adhere to all statutory, legal and audit compliances.
Management of incidents.
Conduct pre-employment, periodic health checks, trainings etc.
Pandemic management- provide consultation, manage hospitalization etc.
Conduct vaccination drives and other health initiatives as directed.
To implement all medical services and activities advised by Country Occupational Health Advisor in alignment with company policy.
Ethical and high level of integrity is expected.
Qualification:
MBBS
AFIH /DIH certification is mandatory.
7 years and more experience, preferably in big corporates & manufacturing industries
Fluent in local language
Good in written and verbal communication
Good in computer – MS office
