Job Description:
Junior Engineer- Working as Line in charge/shift in charge in Production Assy. He/She can handle shift related all activity like- production Management, Shop floor management and gap analysis, Line Monitoring, SAP work, manpower management, Documentation work etc

Job Scope & Responsibilities:
Manpower Management, Production execution as per plan.

Resolve day to day quality issue. Knowledge of Quality Instruments.

Why-Why Analysis,7QC tool knowledge, Line Balancing.

OEE monitoring, Maintaining Shop floor 5s, Kaizen, Poke yoke.

Basic Knowledge SAP.

Good Communication skill, knowledge of M.S. Office

Qualification: B-TECH / Diploma

Experience: B-Tech : 2-4 Years, Diploma : 4-6 Years

Preferred Industrial Experience : Automobile /Automotive

Desired Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Production Shift Handling, Excel, Power Point, Good Analysis skill.

Personal Attributes: Potential, Teamwork, Good Communication Skill.
