Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Should handle a team effectively.

Should make plan for Layout inspection, calibration of measuring instruments.

Should check compliance of layout inspection and calibration.

Should verify LOT clearance status as per target date.

Should be take care for damage instruments and take decision.

Should verify inspection report before submitting report to seniors.

Carried out part inspection, layout inspection with customer.

Should have knowledge of measuring instruments like Micrometer, Vernier caliper, Contour tracer, Rondcom, VMM, Industrial microscope, Surface roughness tester.

Handling of Calibration related activities.

Preparation of work instruction for instruments.

Inspection of Receiving part quality.

Records Managements.

MSA, SPC study.

CMM programming.

Involvement in fit & finish project to improve product quality.

Carrying final quality inspection of assembly part.

Compressive knowledge about GD&T.

Relationship & Authority

Should have good relationship with all department.

Authorised to use measuring equipment and do inspection and give measurement result.

Qualification: B-TECH / Diploma (Mechanical) (Automobile industry)

Experience: 2-4 YEARS/ 3-5 YEARS

Desired Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Excel, Power Point, Customer Quality experience, Good Analysis skill, Good Communication Skill.
