Full Job Description
Job ResponsibilitiesMaintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.Organizing events and conferences for the employees.Recording and updating employee attendance in ERP software.Fulfill all HR compliances like PF & ESIC registration, exit of employees from pf portal and maintain the record of the same.Managing training sessions and prepare agenda, test papers, offer letter, appointment letters etc.Pre-Joining document verification of the employees.RequirementsMaster’s degree/ Bachelor degree in human resource management or related field.3-5 years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.Ability to work as a part of a team.Ability to manage time efficiently.Strong work ethics.Job Location: Noida Sec 67Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFlexible scheduleLeave encashmentProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftSupplemental pay types:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)HR: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
