HITCO ELECTRICALS PVT LTD Hiring for Sr. Executive Accounts at Noida Full Time

• Above Five years’ experience working with inter company transactions and reconciliation
• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processes including entering daily invoices/bills/journal entries/weekly check runs/monthly accruals
• Reconcile all bank accounts
• Ensure vendor invoices and check requests are paid in accordance with authorization and approval policies and follow up on invoices not approved
• Review aging reports and follow up with Customers regarding overdue balances
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely reporting as well as assist with yearly
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
• TDS return preparation and GST Reconciliation- 2B Reco V/s Book; GST Error Report
• E Invoices/E-way bill if required
• On line payment instructions etc
• Preparing Import export documentation.
• Others work which will be allotted.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
